Financing is no different than any other site-built home. We do not offer direct financing through our company but do have different banks we work with depending on your location. .

You don’t have to tell them it’s a prefab home. It only confuses them. As far as banks, lenders and appraisers are concerned, your home will be no different than any other site-built home (only faster and better built).
